Otters were on the verge of extinction in Shropshire but over the past two decades, they have become a conservation success story. Stuart Edmunds, chair of Shropshire Mammal Group will present a talk on otter ecology and monitoring and how new technology is helping to map the distribution of otters across the county.

The talk will include tips on how to survey for otters, where to look for them, and how to use camera traps successfully.
