About the event

Join us for a tiny game hunt! This event is aimed at curious youngsters, fascinated by mini-beasts of all sorts. Who knows what we might find hiding in the hedges or loitering under the leaves of our wildlife garden!

Butterflies, moths, bees and beetles are all waiting to be discovered. You can learn a few of the ways you can find the hidden life here, try your hand with a pooter or a sweep net, view tiny creatures through the microscope and learn the names of a few.

Due to the logistics of the event, safaris will start at 10.30, 11.30, 13.00 and 14.00.
